The users of handsets are making there efforts to get International Mobile Equipment Identification (IMEI) on their cell phones because the calls without IMEI number is blocked.
The outgoing calls without IMEI number will not be allowed by the mobile service provider. Government for security had taken this decision in the regard of IMEI number.
For checking the code of IMEI on mobile, the commands should be given to the the hand set, the code will be displayed on the screen of the mobile.
For getting the IMEI number you have to type *#06# & then press OK. According to the mobile expert a number is also there on the compliance plate of the the handset, which is placed under the battery.
IMEI number provides the full detail of the handset, & is very useful for the user.
